Just got back from bracknel store, they entered the reservation number and said its £44.99, explained when I reserved the email confirmation stated £7.99.

You were lucky, we had the same thing after reserving but when we went to the desk and the manager was called they wouldn't honour it, even though we'd checked the price online the same morning!!

I have one reserved around mcr, wont bother now.They have increased the price or corrected the price, I have argos page saved on my hd if anyone wants it I will upload it.Just wish i had a car:(

I got text messge yesterday nothing to do with price just that it has arived at the store.If they have changed the price then the quick pay kiosk will wanr 40odd so not worth it, waste of petrol or bus money.

I'm not making anything, my brother wants to sell his duplicate christmas present. i don't think its fair to tell a 7 year old he can only get 7.99 for it because thats what the argos glitch was.

as for ebay, i'm getting fed up with the double whammy with paypal and listing fees :mad: , and if you've seen the size of this box it would be really awkward to post, limiting who could actually bid on it.

but point taken, i'll keep stuff like this in the right place in future , thanks for the info :beer:
