What is the puzzle is that CARPOOL Ltd is shown on the BPA site but with no web site. They are not listed as an IPC member
YET in one of the letters above DCL LAW refer to the IAS ??2 -
The bank sort code in the screenshot posted by Andy872024 appear to link to 'Pre Pay Technologies' https://wise.com/gb/sort-code/236972-prepay-technologies

Same bank details used when this lot first started last year or year before

They are regulated by the FCA and are not implicated but do accept card payments for this solicitor. They are a more upmarket version of Western Union/
Both will send money to anywhere around the world
If this is a scam, the FCA has the power to investigate via Wise Payments as it seems that Action Fraud is not what it pretends to be.
The BPA cannot avoid a full investigation as they approved Carpool Ltd

Carrpool Ltd appears to be a genuine company that has been around since 2006 according to Companies House. They might be interested to know their name is being sullied by these scammers.
