Enforcement Letter from WIRO High Court Bailiffs

I never received any PCN letters or parking ticket on my car, but out of nowhere, I get an enforcement letter in the post from WIRO High Court Bailiffs today 25/4/23 that I owe £605.00 to ANPR Parking Services Ltd and must pay it on 28/4/23. What do I do? I have been calling both companies but no reply? There is a PCN number but I am unable to get the details of the wrong parking. I don't know the day, the time or the place it happened?
PLEASE what do I do, this is ridiculous and the government has to do something about this abuse. I imagine they will claim that they sent me letters but that is certainly not true. The government has to make a rule that all such letters must be registered so, as to have proof of delivery (POD).
PLEASE what do I do now as I can not contact ANPR Services Ltd or WIRO High Court Bailiffs

Please report this online to Action Fraud and separately to the bailiff trade body, CIVEA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
