    Just had the same letter today, demanding £615! My first instinct was its a scam , never received a pcn and now after finding this discussion , I will be reporting this to action fraud

    The only way to stop this is to have the numbers disconnected and website terminated

    Insurance and courier jobs advertised online, where part of the application asks for vehicle registration. With all other information, they have all the data they need if one car/courier insurance website is either bent, or has weak security and exposure to data hacking.

    ...did you apply online for courier or a fast food motor insurance quote or driving jobs in the past months? That's the source.

    I've received this today with no previous warning. I did get two parking tickets which were £60 each which were paid in April. I don't understand why I have this letter.

    Looks like round 3 is commencing. Obviously Action Fraud haven't felt their collars yet!
