Bailiff removal notice for not received PCN

Hi everybody. I'm new here. I search the threats but just lost in them So I decided to write since this is time sensitive. I received a removal notice from Bailiff's last Friday via postal service.( August, 18th, 2023) And a mail on Monday. Which basically says that I have to pay 608.60 in 7 days. However, they are also offering to a plan which is like pay 384.60 within 48 hours and they 20.33 in 11 months. BUt the problem is I never received a PCN, and have no idea what it is about. And I don't know what to do. I contacted Citizens Advice the forwarded me to National Debt, they forwarded me to the business debt since I been self employed. They were talking about CCJ's which I have no idea what it is or where to find it.

According to letter, the client is ANPR parking. I tried to contact them but couldn't. No e-mail address or phone number.

Please help. I've got only until tomorrow evening to do something.

The company name is Court Enforcement Bailiffs. I follow the link from the previous answer. It is exactly the same exact the phone number. I'm chatting with  Action Fraud now. I've never thought that this could be scam.

I'm so glad you realise it is now!

    IT IS CERTAINLY A SCAM.

PLEASE PLEASE after you have calmed down, have a real go at the CAB and the National Debtline for not knowing about this well-known scam and giving you BAD ADVICE.

They should know!  They should have told you.  Shelter knows about it. Why not the CAB?

Please send that to the CAB and National Debtline and tell them to stop taking this crashingly obvious and well-publicised scam seriously and ask them: why did you have to come to a forum of strangers to get proper advice.

I must say that the format of that letter reminds me of another company.

This letter always states the amount owed is £608 or thereabouts.  ODD that so may people always owe the same amount.

A major scam to which many will have paid. Not certain if action fraud have done anything, they seem to be the weak link in scams

The MoJ should know all about High Court Enforcement Bailliffs .. OR DO THEY ???

This one is a rogue trader and your MP should investigate, that is if they are smart enough ?   Trading Standards should be contacted.

On this forum a lady had the same problem and the idiots said they would turn up at xxxpm .... the idiots never did

These money scammers should end up in prison
