hi, I have received this today, I’ve checked the company website and it doesn’t work. I have seen similar letters on here but just with a different company name, I also received a email today saying that there was a fire in there server room and for me to pay via a different site, can some please confirm that this is a scam

That looks like the latest iteration of last year's scam (YES - A SCAM) bailiff letter.
@Grizebeck do you agree?
@SRogan1991 show us the back page please.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thought so. Needs reporting to Action Fraud and CIVEA. AGAIN!
OP can we also see their email they sent (copy & paste it please - but redact your data) and tell us what email address sent it?
And that back page please.
We need to show other readers about this scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It is exactly the same amount being claimed too IIRC.
Obviously trying their luck again, the scamming scumbags.4 -
Please report it with evidence, to Action Fraud and CIVEA and tell them this is the same bailiff scam they are already aware of that used a different header/name.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Might be worth a few calls to their payment line to block it up and take their time. As it's got office hours I assume it's not automated and has people there. Few wrong digits so they can't find the reference will stop them speaking to other people and scammingRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.2

Then you could re-post the letter with your personal details redacted so others who may be caught up in this scam are aware it is just that..A scam!4 -
OP, perhaps you should also consider this...
