The problem is that numbers can be ported to different operators. I've had the same number for nearly 15 years and have had it on 3 different operators' networks.

http://wiro.legal is hidden behind CloudFlare Unfortunately, it is impossible to tell who is hosting this website, because it is hidden behind CloudFlare proxy. No tool on the internet will be able to tell you the hosting company for this website.

CloudFlare have a reputation for hosting illegal websites and it is very apparent they don't care. They are known to host scam sites and even child !!!!!! sites according to reviews. I suppose it is to be expected that this scammer has chosen this company to host their site.

Perhaps the real firm should be made aware and they would, hopefully, be putting strenuous effort into getting the scammers shut down.

Please send all your evidence on to Action Fraud.

...and the High Court Enforcement Officers' Association, email your complaint to complaints@hceoa.org.uk

State that you know this is a scam (not real HCEOs) but hope they have investigating powers to stop this because it's being reported online by dozens of victims (no doubt others - with more money than sense - will have paid).

  •  I have received a letter from a company identified as" WIRO HIGH COURT BAILIFFS" regarding about a penalty on my car (ANPR Parking Services LTD)
I Went to ANPR Parking Services LTD  website and i used those details provided in the letter and i couldn't  find the penalty , so, I contacted them  WIRO in order to get more information to know exactly why they are after me with this penalty information? information that i have never ever had on my post box neither in my  hand, and when they answer the phone i provided the Reference number on the letter: QWKHFB ........ and they were not able to give the information about this slander they have been creating about this penalty, because the penalty in not on ANPR Parking Services LTD   system and neither way, even with the reference number  they were NOT capable to tell me: when and where this contravention took place? DATE, PLACE , TIME AND PROOF OF THIS PENALTY, so i asked the lady from WIRO over the phone what to do?  The answer was  just PAID, or the gonna break into your house they have the right to take your belongs and also they can take your car away, so at this point  more than a penalty i felt a threat on my property or even my human being as i went online i saw the reviews about this company are bad apparently they are SCAM.
If I owe a penalty to ANPR Parking Services LTD can you please at least provide me the proof of this penalty ? Photo o or letter?

    SCAM

Yes it's a scam.  You will also get the above text.

Stop calling them.  This is no 'lady' and it's bit a real company.
