14 lb this quarterHi, I haven’t taken part in any MSE weight loss threads for a very long time but would like to join this thread. I’m a Slimming World online member and since April 2022 I have lost 5 stone. I want to lose one more stone to be at my initial target weight although I might review this. Up until mid December I only had 7 lbs to go but between my birthday and Christmas I’ve put on 7 lbs 🤦🏻♀️. We are going to Berlin on 29 March and I would like this stone off by then. 🤞

Thank you for the new thread @Brambling. I have no idea what I now weigh since I stopped in the run up to Christmas - I'll have put on for sure, I feel like I've been eating non-stop for weeks.
I am in again please, regardless of current weight I am aiming for 14lbs off in the first quarter of 2024.
