@Brambling please put me down for 8lbs for this quarter.
There are lots of free workouts on YouTube. I like Joe Wicks and Bodyfit by Amy, lots of different types and lengths of workouts for beginners and more fit folk. Just need some motivation to do them now :-)

If its ok I will post my 'starting' weight 2mrw and I think I'll revert to stones and pounds.
Been asked to have a cholesterol blood test (I am petrified of blood tests) and though it shouldn't take this to spur me into action it has. My cholesterol will be high but hopefully in the 3-4 weeks before I go (and no doubt pass out) I will lower my weight AND cholesterol.1 -
I've added you to lbs list Bazza 🙂 all I can suggest for the blood test is ensure you drink plenty of water before hand which should mean the vein is easier to find (or so I've been lectured) and as you say eat as low a cholesterol diet as possible in the weeks leading up to it. And don't look 🫣Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin2

Feel sick already 🤢
Thankyou. My starting weight is 108.0kgs which I have calculated to be bang on 17st, that was first thing this morning (shocking).
For my first quarter target I will aim for 15st 7, so a loss of 21lbs and just dipping under the 100kgs metric mark.
Tbh I want and think I can lose more but thats fairly realistic, I should lose a bit the first week due to the time I weighed in (pre exercise).
And just to confirm I'll stick to stones and pounds this time.
Thanks for doing this and good luck everybody.3 -
I want to lose 14lbs, hoping that some weight will just be temp Xmas weight. I'll do starting weight tomorrowMarried 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.

Hi,
Could I join please. I have an overall target of 33 pounds for the year but my first quarter target is 12 pounds.
Good luck everyone.
