Happy New Year to one and all.
I'm off to a good start as I'm not taking any cash from the ATM for January's cash purchases. That's £60 for top-up groceries plus for other odds and ends that are squirrelled away in various small jars. This is because I'm using the £2 coins that I saved last year (£46) along with a £10 note found in a handbag and another £4 from the loose coin tray. Instead, I'll transfer the £60 I would have withdrawn into my easy savings account. I've also got a pound's worth of 2p pieces to pay in next time I go to the PO. It won't be like this every month obviously but I'll take it as a starter!Be kind to others and to yourself too.2 -
I have started the 2025 thread but not sure how to do a link.
