@Fruitcake I'm currently waiting to see if Bristol Airport reply to my previous email regarding Bylaws and will then hit them with the quote from your letter and the fact that they are clearly attempting to deceive..thanks again.0

Do you need a copy of the whole letter, or did I send it to you already? It will have much more impact than just a quote from it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2

I am going to write to VCS again pushing back on their lies regarding Bristol Airport Bylaws not being in place and having lapsed.I will be using Fruitcake's validation from Bristol Airport that VCS have previously lied. Do we have any other examples I can throw at them at the same time please?(Thanks in advance)0

Reading the only reply I have received from VCS via Excel, I note the penultimate paragraph in the PDF they sent me of their rebuttal states the following.."It is important we also highlight that no further appeals will be accepted at this office; any such appeal must be made to the IAS."
I guess this is why they have not responded to any of my subsequent messages posted on their portal.

Hi support team...I am looking at sending the following message to VCS via their online portal today. Thoughts please?...
Charge Notice Reference: *****
Dear Sirs,
In reference to the email PDF letter received dated 03/01/2023 from Excel Parking Services in response to my appeal sent to VCS…
Bristol Airport Bylaws:
In the letter I received as the registered keeper dated 03/01/2024 you state the following…
“Byelaws are not currently in use as the last set of byelaws
published relate to the old airport site and are now regarded as obsolete by the Airport Company.”
Your statement is not true, the Bristol Airport Bylaws are not Obsolete…Bylaws apply to land under statutory control and do not just become "obsolete". The airport land is still the airport land and if it's airport land then it is not Relevant Land and the Protection of Freedoms Act does not apply.
The Right Honourable John Penrose MP wrote to Bristol Airport detailing that VCS had stated that Bylaws do not exist and he received the following response on 21/09/2023 that clearly shows VCS/Excel Parking Services are seeking to deceive myself and the general public…
“Firstly, our Byelaws are definitely in place and are not obsolete. We have of course contactedour third-party parking enforcement provider who have identified an issue with the wording
used in the response to the constituent, which does not align with their usual communication
standards. The operative used incorrect phrasing with regards to Byelaws in this particular
response. Excel Parking Services have assured us that this wording anomaly is not consistent
with the response typically used in other communications.”
Please note that the response received from Bristol Airport clearly states that Bylaws ‘are definitely in place and are not obsolete’ and that Excel Parking Services had assured Bristol Airport that ‘this wording anomaly is not consistent with the response typically used in other communications’however, clearly this is not the case because you have recited the same mistruth to myself!
GDPR Infringement:
The response I received to my appeal was not from VCS but was from a separate company named Excel Parking Services Ltd. This company has a separate incorporation ID and separate accounting. VCS have broken GDPR rules by passing on my personal data to a Excel, a separate accounting company. I have complained to my member of parliament, Bristol Airport, the airport landowners and my member of parliament. The current status of this Charge Notice is ‘Letter Before Claim’, should you continue with progressing this to a court hearing I look forward to highlighting your blatant lies within your vexatious correspondence to the court.
Yours faithfully,
*****.

That looks good.
Just a small point... in the last sentence of your GDPR Infringement paragraph you mention 'my member of parliament' twice.2 -
There are a couple of different spellings of Byelaws.
Pedantic observation - "... ‘this wording anomaly is not consistent with the response typically used in other communications’however, clearly this is not the case because you have recited the same mistruth to myself!
A space between these words1 -
