But if a hard copy letter is what is desired and the OP can access the email template, I assume they can. And assuming they have a modern'ish Android mobile phone. Screenshot the template, open the screenshot in Photos, use Google lens to
select and copy the text and paste into a document of your choice.
I guess the OP will have an Apple phone!
