HI, Thank you very much for my gold star Mrs SD. I am on a mission today. There are now 19 things on the frog list. I will try to get the machine sewing frogs done today. Lots of drilling jobs tomorrow when DSS comes. Several frogs are to photo and list items for sale.Mr V's eldest daughter is coming with her brother tomorrow for the trip out. She is still off work recovering from her knee operation from when she was hit at the back of the knee by a run away stretcher! I am expecting a tip run from the shed tidy tomorrow. My role tomorrow will be chief cook and bottle washer.
Thank you Floss, I will look into it. The cards are more pretty than informative. All that was allowed on the back was the word France.
Whilst finding a home under the stairs for the new punch bowl, I pulled out an airer which will be going to the charity shop today. Quite a bit to go, my stuff and Mum has unearthed some donations, where she has produced 2 teapots from I know not.
My most comfortable bra has died. A stray wire fatality.
A bag of stock cubes given to my neighbour as I will never use them.
More leaves picked up, but many, many more to go.
Fomo is very unsure of Mr V's transformation into a big Wooky

well it seems like I have decluttered my Monday foot clinic! Unfortunately I have now missed three and with the prospect of continuing nerve pain and being unable to bear the elastic of a face mask I have decided to stop. Just trying to find someone else who might be able to take it on, so my lovely clients are not left completly stranded!! Will take another week off to fully decide on the home visits, they are a bit eseir to move around if im having a bad day! Also update on the apple tree. DH cut the biggest branch and temporarily staked it up with a pole and I think its possible we could save it. Will leave it like this, as its safe and will have another try to winch and re stake probably with 2 stakes. It might work and worth a try!!♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025

Monday is a grey dull day. I was up & dressed before 10:00. DH & DSis also up - DH dressed, DSis having a quick bath. The reason we are all up so early is that we have a treat in store ☺️ DH has booked a Hawk Walk as a late birthday present for my DSis & an early birthday present for me & him 😊 All 3 of our birthdays are in November 😉
1/366 Magazine recycled
I will take the opportunity to do a little cheerleading as we are not leaving for a while 😉
London_1, such a shame that it was only a flying visit from DGS Henry 😔 but at least it is not long until Christmas 🙂 I agree with him that Oxford Street is too full of tourists 😉 + mostly naff shops although I haven’t been in years 😂 Fingers crossed that he & Ben get some good weather for their Barcelona trip 🤞Love that you have managed to do some more decluttering 😉 Sounds like your new sitting room & shower room/loo is almost done 🥳 Hopefully the tiler is as efficient as all the other tradespeople 🤞
basketcase, thank you for the lovely compliment 😊 DSis’s flowers were the autumn colour selection - strong bold colours 🙂 Nothing “feeble” about your decluttering efforts ‘wagging finger emoji’ Sorry to hear about your head injury 😔 but very well done to you for working through your Financial Admin & not letting it turn into a pit full of alligators 👏🙂 Good luck with the November Challenge 🍀 & congratulations on your No Spend Friday 🥳
Excellent decluttering GrannyKate 👏 Keeping everything crossed that the solicitor gets their act together & contracts are exchanged this week 🤞🙏
We are leaving soon, so I will post this & concentrate on gathering my bits & pieces together. My second trip in the car in 9 months 🤣

Hi all, a flying visit today as we are out for lunch with a friend for her birthday. Only arranged it yesterday but present was bought and just waiting to be wrapped and card found in my stash
Yesterday 1 LDFPA from the maiden and 4 loads through the machine but non completely dried so they are on the maiden and the jeans are on a radiator, not ideal but they will dry. 3 bags from the hall sorted and emptied and put into the car boot for the next sm trip. Lots of bits into the bin / recycling
At my suggestion OH did a veggie roast dinner yesterday as we had all the ingredients but often opt for quicker cook meals when we get to the point of being hungry
so some stuff decluttered from the freezer. I am trying to think ahead a bit re meals to get some of the older stuff in the freezer uu
After tea I did some crochet
Right got to get a wriggle on. Hugs to everyone who would like one
1656 LDFPA
1657 - 1659 bags from the hall sorted
Take care everyone

Oh I’m being so good! 4 carrier bags of newspapers decluttered to friend for her bunny rabbits she rescues. 2 carrier bags of food in friends car for her to drop in Tescos Foodbank bin on Wednesday but out of my house today!! An old wet laundry basket in recycling as plastic had all split and kept biting me. General rubbish out too — there was a fair bit. 8 metal plant buckets collected from front of house and now in proper place in back garden for wintering. Pizza decluttered out of freezer for dinner plus managed to move enough around to house friends overbuy of frozen food from Iceland. And that was Monday!DH had both of his vaccines last week and now has a shocking dose of flu, coughing for England poor soul. He has so many other health issues it seems really unfair for him to have to cope with more, let’s hope he declutteres his germs soon.Saving 1 animal wont change the world - but it will change the world for that 1 animal

Not sure if I've checked in with you all but we have moved...and have a house for sale
After skips and tip trips etc we seem to still be drowning in stuff and I keep having panics about it
Everyone seems to have coped well with the move though and change of routine but not enough hours in the day tbh and we are burnt out...need to sleep for a week but not yet as our bedroom wallpaper starts tomorrow and I have to pick some curtains so suggested a trip to Dunelm which just happend to be near a SA drop off point a bed shop and a burger king....funny that 🤣17 -
Good evening, declutterati chums. I’m back again after along absence. DH has recovered well from the two sepsis bouts and also from the leg ulcers. All healed. Here , - I don’t know about the UK- all dressings, creams etc are held by the patient and if a nurse comes, the patient gets out all the stuff. Well, we had to declutter another drawer in the bathroom to store all the dressings. So DH’s favourite polo shirts which he doesn’t wear had to go. So out…
8 polo shirts
1 pile rags akaDH’s “spare” polo shirts.
4 pairs socks
1 hat
1blouse
2 pairs uu garden gloves
1uu pen
1 pack dried up face wipes.
i’d been keeping them for my next UK trip
1 pile admin paper
1 metal broom handle
1 fancy wine bottle
4 jam jars
3 unused packets of pan scourers. I bought the wrong sort many years ago so these are now on there way to the CS.
45 books.Total- 74+216=310/366
i can now see the end of the 366 challenge. I have to admit t that when my local CS held a sale I bought 18 books- one of which was titled Clear the clutter and Stow the Stuff!! It’s now on its way back to another CS.I’ve been enjoying reading along but I get mixed up with who said what , so apologies for not acknowledging the many highlights of your posts. @Florenceem- so pleased to see you back and amazed at all you can get done in a day and such good you do . Do look after your back and all of you.
Hugs for anyone who would like one.
Keep safe everyone.13 -
@retiredinfrance , sorry to hear about your DH, sound v tough and I read along and forget who said what all the time?
sofa picked up tonight (didn't want to count chickens etc!), umbrella out which I had tried to rescue from the cat, yesterday dropped duvet, jars and tupperware at donation hub, DD2 was home but nothing out from her though gave her envelopes and stamps as she forgot her sister's b'day card, DD2 helped me move a cabinet which holds glassware/china so emptied in and have put back some from it and some from another unit that a friend gave me 14 years ago. I've lost touch with her and thinking of dropping her a card and saying that I'm bringing back my dad's furniture and wanted to check if she has space and would like it back or should I donate to the british heart foundation.
in sorting out glassware found 1 with a tiny crack and 1 with a tiny chip so both out, also pen and hairband, couple of frogs moved on. also some paper declutter, think with earlier numbers now 1622 I think (will check that there hasn't been inflation)
Mrs SD I also admired the flowers.for your DSis
@basketcase good luck with all the frogs16
