@vulpix I have no idea what you are talking about
I saw the photo and immediately thought, what a beautiful colour on the door and then I saw the question underneath. Don't change it!
@Liverpool_Anne I'm not sure I will get there as I tend to have lulls and massive purge periods. In any case, I do need to get back to digital photos at some point (tons to do there). If I ever come out of this decluttering then my only plans are to relax, spend more time baking and way more time with the kids. This is the main reason for the decluttering - to free up time.Struggling today to get into anything too deeply, so every time I need a break from work or get up I try to deal with about 5 things. Might be putting something away, sorting out parcels to go back or whatever, but do something! So at least some progress is being made. Managed to still find some items to declutter, although I really feel like there is a lot more to go somewhere. I did open the coat cupboard and then just shut it again. Not todayDigital:

That is a nice looking house and door.🥰
I used a bottle of face mask that I hadn't used before and my skin went all red and blotchy! That can go into a donation bag.13 -

The door looks perfect in its greenness to me @vulpix. The whole scene is quite beautiful and harmonious.@Mrs_Salad_Dodger - I hope that your journey down into Cornwall is okay and that you don’t get soaked through. Lots of thunderstorms in the southwest today unfortunately with very heavy rain.I have decluttered a jacket that I have only worn once - it really doesn’t fit my shoulders quite right. Three jumpers are going out. One is too wide and the wrong length, the others are too clingy. A few other odds and ends too in a quick sweep around. The filter in the washing machine was gunged up, resulting in a very wet floor in the utility room. Floor mopped up and the rug dried out yesterday. We haven’t tried using the machine again yet so I am hoping that was the only problem. I did get all the big curtains washed and dried first though. All the different comments regarding clothes were very helpful and interesting so thank you to all who commented on the subject. I am starting to formulate my approach and have decided not to rush things. I actually don’t have masses of clothes and they are all contained where they belong so are not a big problem space wise.As always, well done to everyone for keeping up all the decluttering and inspiration. It has been amazing reading of the packing for house moves and the house clearances. We have a break from that for the moment. I am also thinking of those unwell and waiting for results or treatment; I know that it is such a stressful situation to be in.16

Thank you for the votes and compliments. I think for me it is a big change from the duck egg it used to be.TC 77, I love “playing house “, I think it’s why I move so often, just so I can do it all again. Always happy to help if you need me.Lots of things have left the premises. I will do a little bit more machine sewing when Mr V goes to work later then put it away. I have started knitting a baby jumper. All using up the stash.Florenceem I am so sorry that Mr V is poorly. The GP appointment can’t come quickly enough.DIL has got the bit between her teeth and has been to view a house today. 🤣

@vulpix I was going to say that I didn't know if I preferred your green door or the Princess but a cat is usually trumps especially when they look both sleep and superior.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Hello. For today. Another box sealed. I’d about 4 different ones on the go in different rooms so 3 out of 4 are filled. Still got three flat packed boxes.Swept out garage. Washed down shelves. Messaged buyer to see if they wanted shelving. They do.Found an item behind a shelf. Popped it on local FB page and it was collected within 10 minutes.
so the garage is done. Anything left is coming with me.Then out in the garden and put more ornamental things in container.Washed down the two surviving ( from big storms) garden mirrors. They’ve still to be bubble wrapped. Although I did finish the huge roll of bubble wrap movers supplied me with and I’d bought an extra one from Amazon. That I then actually wondered if I’d use. But I will.17
