Hey all, just wanted to say I have had a parkingeye PCN that went to DCBL also cancelled. This was from 2022 but I wrote to Asda and then received this from parkingeye today. I’m half way done thankfully!

Re the other one, of course you have a defence and DCB always discontinue well-defended court claims anyway, so you will pay nothing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hey, just wanted to include that my brother had an APCOA invoice which was passed to Debt recovery, I thought it would have been too late to appeal but I sent the appeal template to APCOA still and they cancelled it and they have also instructed debt recovery to cancel it! Just trying to help whoever would think its too late to appeal if its been passed to the 'debt collectors'2

Great that you've helped your brother using the knowledge you've gained from the forum. Nice one - much respect. 👍HelpmeNOW123 said:Hey, just wanted to include that my brother had an APCOA invoice which was passed to Debt recovery, I thought it would have been too late to appeal but I sent the appeal template to APCOA still and they cancelled it and they have also instructed debt recovery to cancel it! Make sure you/your brother hang on to that APCOA cancellation confirmation. I wouldn't trust DRP to follow an APCOA instruction when they smell the prospect of cash from harassment they might throw your brother's way (just silly letters). DRP are powerless and totally ignorable! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
