Yes I did get them, I have also two new ones with BW legal (I owe them over 2k) but I have just the claim forms, i called them and they said this is the step before the CCJ and so I wanted to set out a payment plan with them. 

The previous CCJ issued in 2021 with them I didn't receive a claim form for. 

Also, the DCBL one and Gladstone I did receive the claim form, but I receiived so many letters from them that my brain just shut off. Alot of these fines do go back to from sooo far. 

I don't know where to start as I have been very careless before but I do want to sort them out. I am not sure what to do or if paying them will lessen the hassle? I don't qualify with court fees as I earn more

There's been no doubts expressed here about them. You need to speak to them, find out if they can help, what the cost might be, then make your own assessment. You're now into territory well beyond a parking forum. While parking might be the root of the problems you face, it's much more a legal issue now. You need professional help.

Are you saying that you have a recent claim you could defend but you RANG them and chatted about paying this rubbish ... and "wanted to" set up a payment plan?

1.  Is your V5C up-to-date with your current address - don't guess, check!
2.  Do you have any going back over six or close to six years.  Suggest you lay them all out and put them in date order and write up a plan for each one using our guidance.  The hardest part of any problem like this is to start; once you accept that you have these problems and start to put them in order, half the battle is over.

Hey, thanks for your response. Yes, I was afraid of having more CCJ's issued, I haven't paid them yet. I told them I was also unaware of the previous CCJ they issued until checking my credit report. The ones I have now are both for BW legal costing 245 each. They are dated for 17/11/2023 and they are both for parking at my aunties place. One is dated for 04/10/2019, for my old car and the other one is for 27/07/2021, for the car I had after that one. I don't have any cars anymore since July 2022. I could upload the pictures for both. I am unsure how to go about the claim forms as they said this is the step before the CCJ. Thank you for your response again

Hi, Thank you for taking time out of your day to reply to me. I don't drive anymore so I don't have any V5C's on my name. The one I can think of is the claim form I have currently dated 17/11/2023 but for a parking fine from 2019. I need to go through them again and check throughly which ones are the oldest but I think they are going back to 2021 maybe. I have so many spring parking, highview parking etc which have all gone to DCBL. The highview parking ones are for my gym and I have emailed them and they will try and dispute these. The spring parking ones are for my workplace, they never had parking there and I had no other way of arriving at work, would my workplace be able to dispute these for me? Do they have any grounds? Because of highview and spring could be sorted through gym and work it could decrease alot of the stresses for me. I also have one from UK parking control Limited, I worked at screwfix in a retail park and they had red lines and I parked there. there was nowhere else to park!

Am I correct in thinking the claim form is the LOC and the template you have where you have a template email should be sent to the solicitors?

I have now completed the AOS forms for both claim forms. Is the next stage for me to look at the template defence and edit it to suit both? When should I send this to CCBCAQ?

I am about to put the defence together for these 2 claims. Could BW legal possibly win this if they have already issued me a CCJ around 2 years ago owing them over 2k? This CCJ is something I am in contact with contestor legal about already for many fines which were parked at my aunties parking. Could they win the case if I already owe them this sum? Sorry for all of these questions I am literally diving into this rabbit hole and have learnt alot already thank you for all the helpp
