No costs paid yet, their email the other day when asking for my details said they had to pay by 23rd January. I’m half expecting them to have set it to pay on 23rd, but if I don’t receive it by then what would I need to do?

    Warrant of Control.

I believe it's, Warrant(y) of Control, but I am not legally qualified to confirm that. I don't think you would need to send a warning in advance because that's effectively what the court order has done for you.
You have to pay for a WoC, but you will get that back when the warrant is actioned.

Do be careful though that the PPC/solicitors might be playing billy suggers and end up paying just after the required date as some sort of controlling power trip, or out of spite, because you would be out of pocket if you started enforcement action and would then have to issue your own claim to recover monies paid for said warrant.

You email them giving them a week to pay up in full , Or, you will apply for a Warrant of Control via the court against them and ask for the costs of recovery to be added to the total

See MCOL for details on a Warrant of Control etc, or Google it

After chasing them they emailed to say they have paid me today. It isn’t in yet, so will check tomorrow. Would have expected same day BACS but will see

Certainly is. Predictive text (or fat finger, given that the 't' and 'y' are adjacent on the keyboard). They're my excuses! 🤓

People get sued through the courts for charges less than that £10.   ;)
