Great report, good spot about the period of parking, plus the unsigned landowner authority
Spring parking and dcb legal lose in court, didn't obtain the money from the pcn, paid the dvla, paid for the 2 court fees, paid an advocate, lost money on paperwork etc , perhaps owe dcb legal and owe you money before the middle of next month
Well done for sticking it out, plus thanks to all those who contributed too

Great to read about your win and costs too. 🥳
Could i ask you to please sign this petition demanding the re-launch of Govt-backed Parking Code of Practice. 🙏We need to add our voices to the group of MPs, Parking Steering Group (Coupon-mad sits on) in calling for statutory regulation for the private parking industry. The voluntary measures have failed to protect us.

Well done! Did we spot the lack of parking time on the PCN? I remember another judge picked up on it in another case.3

The ATAs (BPA and IPC) should be analysing these court decisions and advising their members that they should not be pursuing court claims where the specific conditions cannot be met. That would be a much better purpose for them, and a far better indication that they are indeed serious about improving the status of the parking industry.Rather than turning a blind eye to these decisions and tacitly encouraging their members to 'ignore the outcome, just try your luck again, have another go!'Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yay - so pleased you got a good Judge!
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
And I'm sure the driver won't ever use private land again without reading signs and preferably avoiding the site completely if in any doubt, so they've wasted a ton of money on you, only to never catch you or driving members of your family again!
Please stick around as there was a final Public Consultation due before the General Election and I suspect that the Labour Government will need to dot a few i's and cross a few t's before attempting to get their version of the new statutory Code of Practice over the line.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
