Not sure I posted the link correctly, I can't really see it on my phone, but there's a list of which suppliers they count as household direct debits, so it's worth checking that your second one will count.

I've not seen any evidence that most CASS users are opening and switching accounts MSE style.
It would depend what a genuine switcher is but don't think I personally know anyone with a single bank account these these days e.g. my elderly parents have two solo current accounts each and two joint current accounts and have both used the CASS at least once.
