C-P, I wanted to follow up. I have had a month off work. With all my stressors removed, I have not over eaten or craved once.
It's very early days but it is wonderful to feel "normal." And I am wondering how to keep my stress levels this low so I can keep feeling normal.
I am so glad you have a good therapist. Mine has me reading a book by Ken Goss about compassion and over eating - it's very good.
Do please report back!
