I registered for Voice ID yesterday. It was not compulsory. Our conversations are recorded when we talk to a bank anyway. I do not see a problem. Of course I want the bank to be able to identify me reliably.gsmh said:

That's exactly what I did do..... I could log in once and then had the same old problem. Any fix was only temporarypridehappy said:Try logging in on online banking, to see if it’s just an account issue. Then, try deleting the app and reinstalling. If it still won’t work, just contact Santander internet banking support.0 -

Not had any problems on my couple of years old Android 11 Motorola. Any glitch is simply close app and try again. Am running both the old and Pilot beta app, you keep both. Don't like the new one, the screen keeps refreshing and several clicks required to do simple tasks when one would suffice, absolutely awful programming.

If I can`t log on I have to switch my phone off and on again which isn`t satisfactory. Santander are giving users a chance to trial a new version of their App. Has anyone tried this yet? I wonder if it will solve my problem?
