See, just what we’ve said, you’re not taking any notice. You’ve been offered advice but every time you simply reply with something else. Stop moaning, listen to the advice you’ve been given and take it up with your managers.
  • I’ve noted everything she does she has been told to use the warehouse canteen and not the office canteen. And yet she still comes in when I’m on my breaks I know she got told that as I got told in the closure meeting by the supervisor. I’ve told management how she behaves and they just shrug and walk away.
  • So there you go, you have it documented that she isnt to use your canteen, she does, so theres your grievance right there. Go start one and stop drip feeding
  • I tried to bring all this up on the 3rd meeting (I requested to raise a grievance then he started ranting)but the manager kept ranting and used his fists to slam the table and was using threats etc.
He stood in the door way when I went to leave the room.
I have typed a letter printed and will put it on the contract managers desk.

Stop it! Either put up with her or complain to someone more responsible. We don’t care any more 😱

I'm thinking there must be more to this story...

An agency worker (so no permanent contract) keeps making complaints about you, even though you never speak to her?? And the manager gets so angry he slams his fists on the desk?

If the manager is fed up of her false complaints then they would get rid of her. That's the advantage of agency staff.

What is the nature of her complaint?

Either put in an official complaint to HR in writing about this personal harassing you, or just ignore.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

A bit of self reflection required here I think. Saying they found no evidence isn’t quite the same thing as saying you are not guilty.

So is there anything in your relationship with your manager or anyone else that could be colouring their perception of what is going on?
because the manager banging the table and ranting at you would tend to suggest there is a bit of friction going on there. Particularly as they’re not getting rid of the agency staff which really would be the easiest thing to do.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I’ve written/typed a letter to the contract manager and will put it in his desk when work opens tomorrow.
All I wanted to know is how many times are they allowed to investigate the same complaint as this will be the 5th time.

I don't think that's pertinent because realistically a company should investigate any complaint it receives, it's just that it should be pretty much dismissed straight away if it's a repeat for the same event, or if it's the same type of complaint where the same type of issue is being raised even though it's been addresssed then dismissed as soon as that's established.

If it becomes clear they are being raised in a vexatious manner then that is a complaint in itself, one you can raise, and one I suggested in post 2 and if it's bothering you being found innocent all the time then I'd go that route.

One thing I would like a fairly straight answer to, in order to help - exactly why was the manager banging his fist, what threats did he make, what was his reasoning for making them?

I can see why people might think there might be more to this because even poor managers don't often threaten people who have been found innocent of a complaint.

Need the details, but in abscence of a full story advice stays the same - lodge a formal complaint/greivance.
  • She has been saying that I have been gossiping about her to colleagues when I haven’t. And the manager was banging his fist saying answer the truth I said I am and then he was banging his fist
