You need to do as others have said, raise a grievance due to the malicious complaints.

Your company management seems to be weak if an agency worker can make 4 complaints against you, a false allegation against another and accuse someone else of being racist without repercussions.
indeed  , even in these  times of relative labour shortage  the  agnecy  worker in question  is likely  rto find that the agency is informed that their Services No Longer Required...

    Your question is?
I’ve been investigated 4 times over the same complaint and found innocent yet she still brings up the same complaint to different managers.
    Thats not a question.

But if the question is what can you do then as above follow the grievance process.

HR should not be investigating the same complaint multiple times unless new evidence is bought forward (and even then I would question how thorough their investigation had been the first time)

If there are any grounds and these are each different complaints then HR of course have to investigate. Just because someone didn't do something once doesn't mean they didn't a second time.

I would expect a malicious complainant to be dealt with also
I haven’t had no contact with her or talk to her she brings up the same complaint from last Xmas just going to different managers.
    From last Christmas? Really?

If she gets told off for being late etc she reports me to a manager with the same complaint.
If you have no contact with her, how do you know if she's been 'told off' for being late?

Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

The 3rd time I got called in the manager slammed his fists on the table and started going red faced and ranting threats at me he even blocked the door way so I couldn’t leave. I think the next time I will record the conversation (and inform him I’m recording)
I'm so confused, I thought managers called you in and said you didn't have anything to answer too and now they are banging fists and threatening you - with what?  What then happens?  When they call you in, who takes the notes? Where do the letters come from and are they on file?
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

OP I’m not sure you’re reading anyone’s responses. Advice is for you to take this up with your management since this employee clearly has issues and yet you simply reel off another problem.
  • The manager called me in the 3rd time and was ranting and slamming his fists shouting I’m fed up with this. Then after a week he gave me a letter saying they have found no evidence. Her supervisor tells my supervisor that she was late again.
  • Yes they have files and even I got letters saying they found no evidence. They even had people making notes. It’s all on file etc.

Not sure now this isn’t some sort of wind-up? It’s difficult to understand how she’s an agency worker and in your words has constantly made allegations against you, been called in to management numerous times and yet she’s still there; on top of that she’s constantly late. What sort of company is this? And what sort of management does it have? Is she related to someone on the board?

I don’t know how she gets away with it and is still there it’s not a wind up that’s why I’m fed up she can keep making allegations about people and still work nothing happens to her.

Agree.  This makes little sense.  The OP, on the basis of what they have posted, has been given sensible advice.

    Time to move on.......
Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid

  • I’m worried over my job that’s all. She just keeps complaining to different managers this won’t end until either they get rid of her or me (that’s what she wants)
