If so, then what do you suppose is her motivation?
If she is clearly repeatedly making malicious accusations then, as other have said, file a formal grievance.1 -
She reported an employee for being over the limit and the employee got tested and she had no alcohol in her system.0

You need to do as others have said, raise a grievance due to the malicious complaints.
Your company management seems to be weak if an agency worker can make 4 complaints against you, a false allegation against another and accuse someone else of being racist without repercussions.1 -
The 3rd time I got called in the manager slammed his fists on the table and started going red faced and ranting threats at me he even blocked the door way so I couldn’t leave. I think the next time I will record the conversation (and inform him I’m recording)0

But if the question is what can you do then as above follow the grievance process.
HR should not be investigating the same complaint multiple times unless new evidence is bought forward (and even then I would question how thorough their investigation had been the first time)
If there are any grounds and these are each different complaints then HR of course have to investigate. Just because someone didn't do something once doesn't mean they didn't a second time.
I would expect a malicious complainant to be dealt with alsoI am struggling to see why an employer is retaining an agency member of staff, who allegedly has timekeeping issues, is racist and is apparently making malicious complaint against people. What are the managers saying about this? I am also struggling to see why the company would investigate the same claim so often? They must have better things to do with their time. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.4 -

Personally I'd probably just bait her for a bit and see how much hassle she can cause the managers reporting me for things I hadn't done, or if it bothered me that much I'd file a greivance.
Can't really stop people from complaining because you can't/shouldn't have an environment where someone is not allowed to raise a concern/complaint to management, but when done repeatedly they will stop being taken so seriously, and it would be proper IMO for a manager after a few complaints, especially if there is a counter greivance as to this woman's complaints behaviour.
If someone (a manager) was banging their fists against a table that might be a seperate greivance matter,
sounds like your place is a bit crap. Thought of looking elsewhere in the longer term?0 -

If you and the complainant have no contact then why does she keep making false accusations against you? Has she got mental problems or is there a back story?
Why haven't management done something about her? If I was her manager, the agency would have been told her services were no longer required.
There is something very wrong going on hereIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Disagree. I would NOT spend time trying to suppose what her motivation is. She has a problem in her own mind and it is not your responsibility. Use your phone and video whenever she is around. Do leave the office with the phone video going. Anyone, managers, responding to issues like this needs proof. The only proof is cctv or phone video. Refer any new complaints to the old managers; the more people that know what is happening the better. Agree with filing your own complaint.
Catcha wave and you're sittin on topofa world0
