Why are you paying anyone ? Could be OC have not got a correct copy of a AGREEMENT . I would wait and see if they get in touch , and maybe keep senting a token payment ,keep a record . Same thing happened to me DCA no longer dealing with account , sent back to OC .
It's still in the 12 plus 2 days time frame. They have until Feb 26th. The debt is really large and getting bigger because of all the interest that they are pilling on.

While the account is indispute , until a copy of a AGREEMENT is produced , no interest can be added !

No. Only a judge can declare you bankrupt and he/she would need to be completely satisfied that the 'alleged debt' was genuine.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

I emailed CCCS for advice on this subject , at first they were helpful but I think this route is frowned apon by the CCCS and others . Payplan etc are funded by the credit industry , so any advice that see some debts completely written off is not in their interest . My opinion only .

I tried requesting these details and even got as far as the second letter. Both Capquest and Blair, Oliver and Scott were up to the challenge, so still got another 11 years of payments to make, ah well it was my own fault in the first place, to young and stupid to realise that these heartless Bankers will take everything.........
