  • NSD #2 today - I do need to do some Xmas online shopping but I am determined to declare some NSD to start Dec well.

    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

    Hi
I’m afraid that today and tomorrow are very spendy days. I got the ok to return to work so I’m doing half my hours and light duties for the first two weeks and then gradually more  but it means I need to get Xmas sorted, the cards done and sent and the present money sent to the various great nieces and nephews. Luckily I won’t need to break into the credit cards this year as I’ve not spent much while I’ve been off sick.
