    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £219,071
    - OPs to mortgage = £17,793 Estd. interest saved = £9,021 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 25 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 5th April.

    None today. One Xmas present ordered and the waiver on a new windscreen, as a tiny crack grew substantially when the cold weather hit 🥶😱
    I also need to get on with Xmas as I am allowed to go back to work if they can provide light duties, reduced hours and no heavy lifting. I hope so but it will be strange going back having to organise my time.
