Great news about the brakes. Hope sleep improves / you can get a dr appointment. I love mash as a comfort food at this time of year.2

Thanks KK and CCW
I have taken another half day off. Contacted GP and a specialist today. The latter is writing an urgent letter to GP so hopefully i can get some extra meds. Seeing GP early evening but clashes with counselling so asked if she can adjust appointment. Don't know if i will make it to art / make it on time.
DD and her BF are on their way to provide some practical help so I will have some company and hopefully reduce the mental load by tackling the mess and outstanding jobs.
The drive person is calling in tomorrow to chat through what I sent and check measurements etc and may then begin next week!! After signing contract tomorrow.
I did the asbestos test before work this morning. Managed a shower after that but started work very late. I am think8ng of getting a partial sick note.

I have read your diary and I did wonder if you might like The Lazy Genius ideas. It’s a podcast or book3 -
Hope you can get to see the GP and your counsellor - both are very important appointments. Ironic that the cat's appointment is easier to book than the GP.

Pleased that the specialist was supportive and helpful. I hope the GP responds appropriately.Would having a partial sick note ease the pressure on you?
Sounds like the drive contractor has had a cancellation?Do you have a list of what you want DD and BF to help with?Sending hugs, it’s all sounding a bit intense atm.KKAs at 15.07.25:

DD and her BF came and helped yesterday and are coming back Saturday. Little things like i have clean bedding again, general decluttering and some handyman type stuff.
I planted a few more bulbs yesterday. Mostly tulips. Went to art group slightly late and it was good but it is being suspended for a bit due to ill health of the leader. Some of the members may organise a portrait session elsewhere.
I saw GP for about 30 mins. He was lovely. I have a partial sick note which I discussed with boss today. Also getting something to aid sleep. Will see how I go on.
Had horrific cramp for about half an hour at 3am. Really need my sleep, MH and general health to improve.
