I keep seeing that on an advert on Disney +, it always makes me chuckle!skint_spice said:I want to see photos of the cat riding the robot!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3 -
Thanks Beanie, Skint and Jwil
I opened the box - and saw complicated instructions, some AA batteries and that's as far as it went. I hurt my wrist and hand bowling the other day - to the point I had to swap hands less than half way through the event. The robot was heavy and my hand and wrist objected but at least it's out of the box - not all of its packaging - but out - it's a start.
The handyman had said he may come part way through this week but not heard anything so it seems unlikely. I really need to order the new blind for my bedroom. I currently have to prop it open as I keep breaking the strings.
I had an NSD yesterday which was an improvement. I listened to a story last night which was lovely for free and chose to buy the next in the set. Apparently I'm eligible for the free £100 from Nwde so very happy and excited about that.
Having fruit (strawberries, grapes, pineapple, a plum and a nectarine) for breakfast. Delicious. Grateful I can have treats like that. I ate really badly yesterday just before bed and when I should have already been in bed. Want to try and do better today.
A few sparrows and robins have been visiting my flower stake bird feeder this morning while I'm having breakfast. Multiple times a minute - sometimes two at once. Grateful for that too. I also scattered some more mealworms on the upper teir of my garden which is where the blackbird tends to collect things. One just arrived. My grass seems to have have doubled in length at least over the last 3 weeks. If it's dry enough this weekend I want to cut it as if it gets any longer I won't be able to. I'll top the flower back up before I go upstairs to dress and start work.
Finishing early today as I've some accrued time and I have my counsellor appointment. I'm off tomorrow and am having my hair cut. If I remember I'll go to HC and use my free £5 voucher.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

They usually come with remotes which may be where the batteries come in?When I want to get over the demand hump like that watching a video about it can be helpful. Even just one where you see them cleaning/how useful they can be4

It was utterly beautiful - and the weather was perfect. I even saw a red damsel fly pointed out by another visitor and even got a photo! The pond is apparently slightly off centre versus the house because of the established cedars and not wanting to disturb them. The cedars are humungous.KajiKita said:That looks stunning 🤩
