Our vac is from scr-wf-x, similar shape to H-nry, half the cost and more industrial rather than domestic.

Your art is gorgeous, see if there's any other local places, evening classes at colleges, short uni course etc.

Hope the little friends are sorted out soon. Sadly as yours is an outdoor adventurer they could be re-catching them from a buddy.

Are you able to limit plant spends by taking cash only, enough for coffee and cake and perhaps £10 or £20 for pretties.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Hmmm …. You are the customer. Your priorities have to be his. Agree with asking for estimated timings and explain that you have a limit to funds so need to him to support YOUR priorities.

Agree with Watty1, but it sounds like he really cares about doing the work well.  I always find it a bit intrusive having people in my home, so I'm always glad when any work has completed and everyone has gone.  But it sounds like you are making progress and hopefully you will need him less over the coming weeks.  Could you revise the list that you gave him, maybe reduce it to the key tasks important to you?  Perhaps have a chat about the tasks and prioritising spend?  Good luck, just remember you are coping really well.

Good news that they got enough from the scan.

    Hope work goes ok.

Hope you can sort the handyman out.
