I'd be surprised if 'Regent Parking' ever actually litigate as i believe from info I read ages ago on their website, that they aren't a parking company but just an umbrella name. SolutionLabs isn't a parking firm and is run by debt collectors who used to be in disgraced & defunct Roxburghe with Gary Osner.

They supply signs with the seemingly made up 'Regent' name and do the DVLA look-up for small companies.  That's it.

In my view, they aren't "the creditor" and have no cause of action because they are just the back office processor and a name for the real (small) PPC to hide behind.

I would say the above to Gladstones and ask who the actual parking firm was, at this site: who is the 'creditor' in this case?
    Regent Parking???

All the comms says: Solutionlabs Ltd/ Regent Parking and Private Parking Solutions ltd.

Hi, I've been receiving numerous letters as  below. I cannot find the landowners details to make a complaint.

I was responding to the above post on this thread. This letter is about Regent Parking.

The OP clearly has two completely different PCNs.

One from PPS (London) Ltd which is with Gallstones, and one re Regent Parking (a shill PPC as far as I can tell) which is with DCB Legal.

You have two PCNs. No connection.

You should decide which one this thread is about and start a new thread re the other one, or this is going to end up in a huge muddle.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Huge apologies. I was too carried away and got this mixed up. This letter should have been for another one. Once again my sincere apology having this mixed up.
