The OP clearly has two completely different PCNs.

One from PPS (London) Ltd which is with Gallstones, and one re Regent Parking (a shill PPC as far as I can tell) which is with DCB Legal.

Huge apologies. I was too carried away and got this mixed up. This letter should have been for another one. Once again my sincere apology having this mixed up.
