Ok that's a PoFA worded NTK.

Why have you got a second one or is it a reminder?
They have just added a word "Overdue." Here's the link for that: https://imgur.com/a/qegLxFR

I guess tomorrow is a deadline for POPLA submission if I am counting from my rejection date on 05/12/2023.

You had 33 days to use that POPLA code and are far too late if the rejection letter was 5/12.

...or do you mean rejection dated 15/12?

If the latter, remove point 2 obviously.  I don't know why you included that, given I already told you it is a POFA worded NTK.

And remove all this unnecessary intro:

"I have received a PCN dated 07/11/2023 addressed to the registered keeper. Subsequently, I filed an appeal to the Operator – Private Parking Solutions (London) Ltd (PPS) – on 02/12/2023. The Operator acknowledged receipt of my appeal, but unfortunately, it was rejected. I received the rejection notification via email on 05/12/2023. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a fair resolution."
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thank you Coupon-mad.

For some reason, I was with an assumption that my 28 days (working days) start from 6/12 (Rejection on 05/12) and the link to Popla says it's expired. Looks like am left with no other option than to pay.

    I'm sorry, what?!

No-one pays a private PCN here and you certainly do not pay this guy!

I have exhausted my POPLA deadline. Seriously, I thought it was 28 working days and I kept on checking on the online calculator! What option have i got now please?

I had a family emergency and was away from 27/11 to 20/12. I spoke to POPLA only to find that the code was issued on 04/11 whereas my appeal rejection was only received on 05/11. This would have lost a day within their system even if I had waited for its last day of 28th days. Let's see if POPLA allows to reinstate the epired code.

Where did you find the term 'working days'?
The word 'days' isn't qualified in any way, is it?

You are wondering because you don't appear to have read the 2nd and 4th post of the NEWBIES thread yet!
