Hi All,

I managed to prepare a draft, copying (not sure am allowed to do that) previous successful appeals.

I guess, am on 26th day before I complete my submission to POPLA.

You should be using/quoting BPA CoP version 8 dated January 2020  -  para 13 wording is different and signs for instance is para 19.

Remove the introductory paragraph, which we all hate here, due to the awful commas = really bad English. We know it's not you!

Remove 4 and 5.  They add nothing.

Show us the PCN (both sides, ALL DATES VISIBLE) with your data, PCN ref and VRM & QR codes covered.

Hi All,

Here's a new draft:

I have received a PCN dated 07/11/2023 addressed to the registered keeper. Subsequently, I filed an appeal to the Operator – Private Parking Solutions (London) Ltd (PPS) – on 02/12/2023. The Operator acknowledged receipt of my appeal, but unfortunately, it was rejected. I received the rejection notification via email on 05/12/2023. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a fair resolution.

 

I would like to appeal with my case with your authority on the following basis:

 

1. Grace Period: BPA Code of Practice – non-compliance
2. The operator has not shown that the individual who it is pursuing is in fact the driver who was liable for the charge
3. No Evidence of Landowner Authority - the operator is put to strict proof of full compliance with the BPA Code of Practice
4.  Signage is forbidding
