Put in a complaint with the CNBC Case Progression team as well because there's clearly a badly trained staff member there who keeps favouring the Claimant's court, in breach of CPR 26.
If people don't complain to the CNBC, that person will carry on, oblivious to how flipping unfair & clueless what they're doing is. What are they thinking?!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you Coupon-mad. Do I register my complaint through the Gov website, or do I send an email with my complaint directly to the CaseProgression.CNBC@justice.gov.uk email?
Also I've sent an email to St Helens court civil.sthelens.countycourt@justice.gov.uk, but I have received no automatic reply. The Enquiries email address according to the government website is this one:
COPManchester@justice.gov.uk(Court of Protection)
But this refers to a Manchester court, so not sure if this is the correct one. I've tried to contact the National centre by phone, but it's pointless, I've been 50 mins on the phone and the queue I was in barely progressed.

No idea about the St Helens court email but send a complaint to:
CaseProgression.CNBC@justice.gov.uk
and add that you know of three other victims of DCB Legal threads whose cases were also wrongly allocated to St Helen's, so clearly someone in the team is unaware of CPR 26.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Would this be ok?
Dear Case Progression Team,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the incorrect allocation of my ongoing case, (number), which has been transferred to St Helens County Court. As the defendant in this matter, this transfer is in clear breach of Civil Procedure Rule 26.2A, which states that if the defendant is an individual, the case should ordinarily be transferred to their local County Court hearing centre.
St Helens is not local to me, and I have not consented to the case being heard there. I am concerned that someone within your team may not be fully aware of the requirements under CPR 26 regarding proper case allocation when the defendant is a litigant in person.
Furthermore, I am aware of at least three other individuals currently involved in unrelated claims brought by DCB Legal who have experienced similar breaches, where their cases were also improperly allocated to St Helens County Court. This appears to be part of a wider pattern of incorrect case handling, and I believe this merits urgent attention and investigation.
I kindly request that my case be reallocated to my local court without delay, and that you review internal procedures to ensure compliance with CPR 26.2A in all applicable cases going forward.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the steps being taken to rectify this issue.

civil.sthelens.countycourt@justice.gov.uk is the correct address to use for St Helens County Court. If you've already sent your email to that address and it has not bounced back, then consider it as having been delivered.
Whilst an acknowledgement email would be nice, their IT departments are still using homing pigeons for most comms. Did you CC yourself in the email? That is a guaranteed way to prove delivery of your email as long as it is not bounced back with an error message.2 -

Thank you. I'll let you know how this goes, as this needs to be addressed by them, I cannot be travelling 600kms away for the hearing!2 -
Silly question maybe, which court did you request on your DQ - N180?3
