    i'm a v low user, ive opt in today, but away out tonight, going to be shower time and lights on etc, so not expecting any savings this time

    I only downloaded Whatsapp because Octo recommended it - today "x" had the notification post over an hour earlier at 2.18

    I only downloaded Whatsapp because Octo recommended it - today "x" had the notification post over an hour earlier at 2.18
    That could be part of the test. If they're up on the analytics, they'll be measuring sign-up trends after the notifications on both Twitter and Whatsapp.
