I got battery export enabled in my powerwall app recently and last night was the first session where I've been able to export stored power to the grid (after I figured out using time based control), so managed to send back 4kWh, presumably limited by the inverter capacity and my own use in that time as I drew nothing from the grid. What that is in pounds sterling I have no idea.

If your inverter is limited to the standard 3.7kwh then you probably will have done something more like 2.7kwh especially when taking your own usage & 20%ish wastage into account.
