OK so looking at the spreadsheets you can download from that site, it looks like there is an event scheduled for 17.00 to 18.00 today if I am interpreting the information correctly?

Is that for definite or still likely to be pulled?

I think the cut off was around 14:30 last year so sometimes we get notification in the morning then nothing happens.

95% sure if you want a percentage due to the amount of test sessions they have to get in before year end and avoiding certain Christmas days.

Worth the shout out for those that need to plan their savings events.

Makes sense I suppose. I rely on people here of advanced notifications so can plan things when sessions are officially announced so thanks!

Same for us today we are out for a family visit but I am going to program the heat pump to take a rest between 5-6pm today

There is talk of some test sessions being an hour notice so that could be interesting

I hope we don't get visitors today during the event, we had family arrive during the last one and kettle was on overtime, halved my export 😥

There is also notification just come through for a possible event tomorrow as well.

Darn them keep on doing these when I'm out! Ahh well - told MrEH to cancel running the dishwasher over the 4 - 7pm slot tonight, and tomorrow will be what it will be if it happens! 

Thanks for the heads-up on it though - I had already checked the octopus app this morning but will note to keep checking to get opted in.

I welcome another 5pm session. I had high usage on two days last week as I charged my electric car. Not gaming the system, I'm on Intellegent Octopus so they decide when to charge it. Last week, they decided twice to start charging when I plugged in on my return from work, which was about 16:30.
