I think a price of 54 and 60p/kWh is enough incentive for me not to do that.

I got 56 points/7p for the last session. Just turned the heat pump thermostat down and unplugged the fridge and freezer. Otherwise business as usual with computer, router and one light on for the hour.

I would've opted in to this one, and the previous one, but in both cases I was at work and didn't get to see the emails until after the session had already started.

Maybe I'll catch the next one!
