Yes and yes. Of course. That's why we link examples.

Nice, this is what I have for the first 2 pages.. The linked example has a Hearing date but I have no such thing. Shall I just omit and put the submission date in instead?

Also "In the County Court at xxxxx" is this CNBC here, I imagine that's gotta be my local court?

Yes and 'N244 CCJ set aside application'.

Make sure that the words you put in the N244 obviously match your Draft Order wording.

Yes and 'N244 CCJ set aside application'.

Soo I now have this as a heading:
    "

    WITNESS STATEMENT OF DEFENDANT

FOR N244 COUNTY COURT JUDGMENT SET ASIDE APPLICATION

    "

Make sure that the words you put in the N244 obviously match your Draft Order wording.

Thanks! I haven't gotten there yet, I'll come back to the Draft Order/N244 form when I finish my WS

Is this good? (page numbers are obviously wrong)

Mainly Exhibit numbering? - I'm now refering to exhibits in text like so:
    • For single I just say (See Exhibit 01)
    • For multiple I just say (See Exhibit 01, 02, 03)

Also - do I need to attach the original tenancy agreements/contracts and bank statements files to the email?

Yes but better all merged to be one PDF of exhibits in order.

Yes, all will be merged inside the document with the WS as shown in the index page but I'll also attach the full documents of tenancy agreements, contracts and bank statements.

Where do I add this to? Separate document (pdf/word) or just inside the Witness Statement pdf document?
