    You should also attach the POC email you got from the CCBC.
    Q: Attach the email file, or a just a new pdf with the POC email contents from the email?

    Okay, I believe I have all the necessary bits for submission. I have a few final questions, and I would appreciate it if I could get them answered before Monday - I couldn't find definitive information on how to proceed with submissions in the newbies thread.

    1. Where do I send the form with the rest of the documents - do I send to Northampton CNBC or I send to my local court?

    2. I assume "Name of court" in the N244 is the same recipient as above? Same goes for the "In the County Court at xxxxx" field in my WS?

    3. Do I send physical copies or email?

    Thank you very much for the hard work you put in to help people here!

    Hi, I've searched the forum for information on my questions above and discovered that we send N244 forms and documents via email.

    Yes, interest can accrue but you getting the CCJ set aside reverses it anyway.

    Most people email the N244.  Don't post things to a massive admin centre for them to lose.

    You are appending a Witness Statement as well as those exhibits?  A WS like those seen in the threads by

    @Brokenchief

    @parkingpains1

    @Jack5656

    I found the email address ccbc@justice.gov.uk in the forum as the recipient. Can anyone confirm if this is correct, and do I need to CC anyone else? Thanks!

    That is the e-mail address for the CNBC/CCBC do you not want to send it to your local court or have you been advised to send it to CNBC?  Have you paid the fees?

    I don't know where I need to send this to. I called National Debtline on Friday, and they said I need to post it to Northampton CNBC, but posting didn't sound like a viable option, so I quickly discarded that. I read in the forum here that we email these - N244 + WS + DO - to courts, but which court, I'm not sure. Hence, I'm asking for directions, as I couldn't find a definitive answer.

    Mayne I should call Northampton CNBC to hear their opinion as well?

    Thanks!

    EDIT: no fees paid as I haven't sent anything to anyone yet, will come to fees later.

    I just spoke with CNBC and they said the following:

    1. Email the form N244 and all paperwork to ccbc@justice.gov.uk
    2. Call in the morning to Pay
    3. You'll then get a letter with your court hearing arranged to a local court
    4. Send the same paperwork to the local court via post (so they have physcial copies)
    My only concern with "posting physical the paperworks" is the attached BPA Approved Operator Scheme Code of Practice document which is about 50 pages long but I guess I'll have to print it for them to have a read 🤷

    OK, at least that way it is "in their system".

    Yep, it sounds like the correct way. :)
