Uber cleaning fee question

Addendum to this. I raised a dispute with PayPal as fortunately I'd chosen that as the payment method. Uber didn't bother to dispute it, so it was ruled in my favour and they refunded the fee immediately. Worth knowing for future!

Just be aware that while Uber did not dispute with PayPal, they can still legally chase you for the bill 👍sparkyrob said:Addendum to this. As like banks & chargebacks. PayPal disputes are over & above your legal consumer rights & do not have any legal standing.Life in the slow lane3
