Presumably the Uber driver knows her address? Tell them to claim it from the passenger!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Two points:
Vomit is acidic and will at best take the colour out of leather. At worse it will be ruined.
If you find someone passed out you call an ambulance! You never leave them alone or somewhere with someone you don't know.1 -

However, looking at their site, it is unclear how they distinguish the fee. A "significant" charge (their highest fee) apparently runs from £50 - £110.
So put's uber unfair charge in a new light.Life in the slow lane0 -

(though that seems to vary quite a bit - having checked my own local rates, Edinburgh allows "up to £50")0 -
Thanks for all of the responses. For those asking about the woman's condition, she was just very drunk but in a state to provide her address. A doctor actually passed by with two friends while we were trying to get a taxi, checked her out, and said that she was inebriated and didn't need hospitalising.
Interestingly, after asking Uber to provide a link to their fee table (which I assume should be published, otherwise how would anyone know what they may be charged and under which circumstances?), they have ignored the request and instead refunded me £20 on the bill, despite stating multiple times that they wouldn't adjust the charge. I'm unsure if this is a "please go away and stop asking awkward questions" payout. It certainly feels like it. I am continuing to press for transparency about this whole process.
I've written to the woman to ask her to repay the cost, but I am fully prepared for them not to reply.0 -
My son was sick in the back of an Uber and my daughter had booked it in her name. The few is for cleaning and the fact the driver cannot pick up anyone else that night. Luckily the guy didn't report it correctly and my daughter never got charged. She went into her house and cleaned it up before he could take photos as proof. Poor man I felt so sorry for him and was furious with my son. He hasn't drank alcohol since !0
