I did do all of that I got the £125, hopefully the £80 appears soon. Just my tranaction history for both accounts has disappeared

In which case, you can still view the statements on the account. I checked and my trasactions are recorded. Appears that you can only view this on the app not online for the global money account.

I’ve screwed up!! I did all the correct things to get the money but I swapped the HSBC current account into another account so I don’t think I’ll get the money!
