  • hm...not me...interestingly my transaction history is also empty, I did my 5 purchases soon as I got my global account though.

    There were some terms and conditions set to get the £125, that applies to the £80:

    To qualify for the £125, you must successfully complete all the following:
    3. Within 60 days of the date your eligible account is opened:
    a) Deposit at least £1500 into your eligible account. This can be your regular
    mandated income;
    b) Make at least 5 HSBC debit card payments transactions from your eligible
    account. The following payments are excluded: gambling transactions, credit
    card or insurance payments, cash withdrawals and card to card payments.
    c) Log into our mobile banking app and:
    d) Apply for and fully open a HSBC Global Money Account and order a Global
    Money multi-currency debit card when you apply.
    4. You must continue to hold your eligible current account and Global Money
    Account on the date we make the Offer Payment.

    Either that might be the issue, or they are still running the payments through to everyone until the end of the day.
