I have spoken to the DRO Unit today. They are saying its the Stoke branch now that are dealing with my case, they gave me a number to call, called it its a dead line. So I called them back explained that the number they gave me is just a deadline, given another number, called that 4 times after listening to there music for 10mins or so I then get told sorry we are closed and cut off!
So this week I have spoken to at least 5 different people and emailed and spoken to my caseworkers office 6 times this week and still none the wiser who actually has my case or who is dealing with it.
I have just sent an email to the DRO Unit and my caseworkers office but not holding my breathe!
Is it to early for a very strong drink or 2!!!
I'm a bit out of date. CA has now changed the name to the DRO Hub.
Is that who you are with?email - info@drohub.org.uk

Y.es, My caseworkers are based in Gwent office. They were the ones who I sent all my information over to who were dealing with my case. Called for an update -was told to ring a number it was another CAB office, who informed me they are not dealing with my case. So contacted my caseworkers office again to be told contact the DRO Unit. I have spoken to them they told me to call Stoke office. The details you have above are who I have spoken to this morning who told me its the Stoke office which is a CAB number 0808-2787876. The first number they gave me was a deadline for stoke 0344-444111.0 -
2787876 does seem to be the right number for Stoke. Also

Morning Guys,
I am having a nightmare with Klarna. They are refusing to give me my account number.
First off they asked why I needed it. Then told me I don't have an account number only transaction numbers.
I have contacted them via chat and I have phoned them all they keep saying is someone from their Specialist Team will contact me within a few days but not had any contact and now saying they don't know how long it will be before they do contact me.
I have now paid my £90 for my DRO but CAB are asking me for the Klarna account number so they can proceed but I keep telling them they are not giving me that information.
Can anyone advise please,
Thank You.0 -
That`s true, you don`t have an account number with Klarna.
