lolol that's just wrong!
I'm vegan too and a veggie relation keeps sending us milk chocolate! I can't use half the stuff I've been bought for Christmas because it's not suitable for vegans (keep getting loads of candles) so I'm going to donate it all to my elderly friend next Christmas so she can recycle them amongst her many many friends. The stupid things you do, you regret... if you have any sense, and if you don't regret them, maybe you're stupid. - Katharine Hepburn0 -
my sil bought my hubbie a pair of cufflinks.
they would not be a bad present except for the fact that in the 16 years that I have know him he has never worn a "proper shirt" .
he even wore a hawaiin shirt at our wedding.0 -
Did very well this year, but a few years back, aged 19, I was given a hot water bottle. By my boyfriend. We are no longer an item :rotfl:0

A silver plated wine saver set........ yeah I know I like wine but that's why I'd never need to save it.
Straight to charity shop.0 -
I just remembered this but a good few years back I was asked what I wanted for Xmas, so I asked for a new walkman. Everyone would chip in I was told so there would be 4 lots of money to 'buy a decent one'.
I got it and it was OK but it broke so I had to take it back to Argos for a replacement so off I went but they had now more left in stock........ did I want a refund to buy something else...... it was £9.99!!
I was gobsmacked. Tight gits!!0 -
I'm Sarah too and no one seems to be able to spell my name right other than closest family and friends! Nan used to call me every name, including my brothers and mum (her own daughter) before she got to mine - funnily enough, now she's gone I miss that.
My worst gift was a !!!! calendar from my boss - looks like it cost 99p and its something about unmotivation or some other non-word rubbish. Wish I hadn't bought him a gorgeous box of chocs that he would love because he is a chocoholic :mad:Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -
