This isn't a really pointless present, but it was one I didn't want! We went to my inlaws this christmas and stopped there for a few days. They got me a compilation authors story book, I forget some of the authors but one of them was Jeffrey Archer. I wondered why they gave it to me but when I looked inside they'd put £50 in cash - to get something I really wanted I presume! Anyway, when we came to go, we loaded up the car with all the kids presents and all our luggage and I 'accidently' forgot the book as 'there wasn't room for everything in the car' and 'they can bring it to us next time they see us' - I only remembered that the book was c**p, I forgot about the money!! Now I've got to wait till they come over next - :eek: before I can have the money. Still, stops me spending it I suppose! :rotfl:
