    I got my £40 giftcard yesterday;
    I waited for the 210 day period to run and contacted Lebara through their online chat.
    They said I should receive a claim email within 5-7 working days.
    Lo and behold, I received the email (on working day 4), claimed the card and received a £40 Amazon giftcard the following day.

    Luckily it all seemed to work itself out, as after reading some of the responses on this forum, I did have my doubts as to whether I would receive it.  It was a sign up offer, not the refer a friend offer.
