I switched from O2 to the MSE exclusive 12GB £6.90 with the offer of a £45 Amazon voucher. 7 months later despite calling and online chatting I've only received promises but no gift card!
Perhaps Martin would care to investigate as it appears MSE promotions aren't to be trusted.

also waiting for 230 days and counting for my voucher, contacted lebara 5 times in the past few weeks and will escalate if I don't get it in the next week

I hadn't received my gift card either after the 180 days so a few days ago a member of my family who had also purchased a SIM got theirs.
I contacted giftcloud from the email address they were sent on their email and within half an hour of sending an email I received my link to claim the gift card.
The email is hello@giftcloud.com .
Hope this helps anyone who hasn't received their gift card.

Had this exact issue with 2 x Lebara SIMs I took last summer. Seems Lebara will do everything they can to avoid paying out, but if you press long enough and in the right way they might just give in. Took my contracts 6 July 2023, finally got the vouchers on 12 Feb 2024, so just over 7 months. 
Chased using the suggested Giftcloud email address, but they weren't interested and said it was a Lebara / MSE issue. Lebara were also apologetic but largely uninterested when I chased them too. Ended up contacting MSE via email, and fair play to Beth at MSE, she pressed and pressed and after another week's chasing by her it was done . 
If I hadn't got Beth involved i think i'd still be chasing now.

I made sure to copy and paste the T&Cs somewhere safe and put a reminder in my calendar. See below. So clearly Lebara is controlling / managing the offer AND have supplied an contact info if you have any questions or not received the voucher.

I purchased my Lebara beginning of August last year so I should have received my voucher by now. I'll be chasing immediately.

Terms and Conditions

£40 Gift Card when you purchase the Lebara 12GB SIM Only plan for £6.90/month online through this link via MoneySavingExpert only. The transaction should be completed in one session to ensure the sale is tracked correctly. If before completing your transaction you click through to Lebara from another affiliate site or navigate away from the Lebara site, the sale may not track correctly and you may not qualify for the Gift Card.
You must also activate your SIM and start using it within 10 days of purchase to be eligible for the voucher.
Promotion is valid from 23rd June 12:00 pm to 31st August 2023 12:00pm, and applicable for new customers to Lebara only. Get your voucher via the email used to sign up after the validation period is completed.
It will take up to 180 days after the original date of your purchase to be verified as eligible for the voucher.

Just phoned Lebara and was told I'd have to wait till 210 days were up to get the voucher email. It's a bit misleading as the T&Cs above say (see below). I will be trying again in 13 work days as per the instructions from the Lebara contact centre agent.

I got mine recently but it was only a few days from the end of the 180 + 30 days
