I'm not so bothered about the apps as such, but it would be nice if Loughborough BS could come up an app, or at the very least online banking.ircE said:Monmouthshire BS have finally released their app at some point in the past few weeks: https://www.monbs.com/monbs-app/It's a slight faff to set up compared to others as you have to "register" for the app to log in initially but didn't take me more than a few minutes. Looks very similar to the Bath BS app.Right, come on Leeds, Ecology and Principality!!1 -

It was the West Brom agm last week. Held at the Black country museum. It's in my area and I had intended to go but missed it. Wished I hadn't now.
Members were warmly invited to explore the Black Country Living Museum in the afternoon.
I wonder whether any other society offers 'perks' at its agm

No longer the case but Youngs AGMs were good fun. Free beer until it ran out once the formal business was concluded. Any shareholder daft enough to try and ask a question was roundly booed for delaying the drinking.alfred64 said:It was the West Brom agm last week. Held at the Black country museum. BOE base rate cut from 4.25% to 4%.
4 voted for a cut to 4%, 4 voted to hold at 4.25%, 1 voted for a cut to 3.75%.6 -
Voting is perhaps a sign that there won't be many rates cuts, if any, in the coming months0

Needed to vote twice to arrive at the decision so was in the balance.
Next vote 18 Sept. The way things are going with inflation rates may have bottomed out1
